All,

I have posted the first draft of the PICS Proforma per
ETSI ETS 300 008-2 to the web site.  This is the PICS
Proforma for ETSI modifications to the Q.700 series
recommendations for international interconnection.

I have completed mostly the Level 2 PICS while debugging
and completing the L2 driver for the ACB56 card.

I will be completing the Level 3 PICS when I get to
debugging the Level 3 state machine implementation.

Additional PICS and PIXIT (e.g. ANSI) will be provided
as I gain access to the necessary documents.  If anyone
has a copy of the L2 and L3 PICS or PIXIT for ANSI, or
any other national variant, please send me a copy (these
can usually be copied).

If you have other national standards which you would
like to see included (e.g. Italy), please see if your
organization can donate English copies of the specification
documents.
