I have both Dialogic and NMS T1 cards at my disposal as well as 2 Class 
4  and 1 Class 5 switch.  I have written TCAP code on top of NMS' SS7 
protocol stack with the TX2000 cards for BNS, LNP and Calling card 
applications.

I currently do not have any SS7 running in my facility.  Everything we are 
doing here involves in-band MF/DTMF signalling (2/3 stage FGD or FGB) or 
proprietary out-of-band signalling.
