[openss7] Major LPCP Revision In Progress

Do to some serious feedback from several other projects, and some
discussions with several high dinsity telephony card vendors,
there will be a major revision of LPCP out soon.  It's in the
process of having lots of comments integrated, and it will
involve some change in the syntax of messages.

The good news is that there is a growing interest in this
lightweight protocol as an alternative to the much heavier MGCP
or MEGACO... and it has the useful advantage of providing
platform and language and vendor abstraction too.

Watch for lots of news on LPCP in the coming weeks, and in the
meantime, check the OpenSwitch site often!
