[openss7] Other Vendors for the list

There are two card vendors that probably should be
added to the vendor list.  They are:

   Adax - http://www.adax.com
   Emulex - http://www.emulex.com

Adax has a pci board that implements L1 and most of
L2 on a chip and provides streams drivers (DLPI) for
most UNIXen, including Linux.

Emulex has a sync WAN board that has an onboard 486
with a MB of memory.

I have seen SS7 stacks implemented using both of these
boards.
