[openss7] Whats Needed(Resent)

I thought I would offer my assistance in testing the stack when you get to
that point....I have access to the following:

Moderate sized telecom lab, with INET Spectra tester and compatible Excel
series switch.

I am a novice level coder at best, so I will need some coaching when it
comes to getting the stack in service, but it should be pretty straight
forward when it comes to testing...

Anyway let me know....
