SCTP Test Results

All,

For those of you who have been interested in getting a
look at Chuck's test results, they are now available
on the website under:

   http://www.openss7.org/sctp5/index.html

Kudos to Chuck (and his boss at Lockheed Martin for
actually paying him to do this)!  The results are
really snazzy too!

If anyone has any ideas on the mysterious double bump,
let us know.
