[openss7] Standards from ITU-T

Hello Guys,

I was very surprise when I saw you iniciative for an OpenSS7 development 
based on the GPL. I am very interested in participate, I am specialist in 
aplication software for SS7 networks.

I have in my hands the Standards for ITU-T for SS7 nad I'd like to share 
with you guys, in case you do not have. The only requirement is that you do 
not publish them in the Web Page because I copy them from a licensed version 
that not belongs to me.
