Brian,

I've been trying to get up-to-speed on SS7 signalling, now that
I'm developing software that's to listen and talk TCAP messages.

In the process I've been lurking on comp.dcom.telecom.tech, where
your posts are frequent and, at least to me, informed.  I've also
visited your OpenSS7 site, and am excited about what this will
mean for the SS7 application development community.  We're current-
ly developing our system to connect to the SS7 network via a Micro-
legends SS7 gateway.

The reason for the email is to ask whether you are available for
phone- or email-based consulting on SCCP and TCAP messaging.  I'm
a Unix developer, familiar with socket-based IP networking, and
need some help in understanding ASN.1 notation, message parsing,
how well the LECs follow the Telcordia SCCP/TCAP message protocols,
etc.  Familiarity with this domain is in short supply here.
