[openss7] Mailing List Restored

To all on the list:

My apologies for the interuption in service.  To make a long
story short, my wife had our baby, lost my DSL service that was
providing the link to server hosting this list, had to move
servers to a colocation facility, rebuild new servers, and then
restore services.  And did I mention that I had a baby?  Extra
time that used to be available for computers seems to have
vanished <grin>.

I think the list is active now - tests on subsets of the mailing
list seem to work.  Please report any problems to me directly.
