No INAP yet, sorry.

Really?  I haven't found a usable free ASN.1 compiler.  Which were you
referring to?  (Not snacc I hope...)

Actually, writting the encode/decode by hand is not difficult.

There is no ASN.1 description for MTP/SCCP/ISUP, but there is for TCAP.
