MTP3/ISUP/SCCP/TCAP modules have not been released under GPL yet.
The M2UA/M3UA/SUA/TUA components will be released first as they are
a part of the fault-tolerant framework for these SS7 modules that
allow MTP3/ISUP/SCCP/TCAP to run carrier-grade with full hot-
swapability and other telco features...

We intend to release this code when we receive enough funding to
complete it.  If we receive sufficient funding we will be able to
release these components 1Q.
