No bugs have been reported. strss7-0.7.8 is based on the linuxsctp-0.1
implementation that was interoperability tested last April at ETSI in
France.

Read the README and INSTALL files in the distribution. You will find
a rather rigorous test case included in the test directory that tests
both the NPI and TPI interfaces. There is output of my runs of the
test cases in the test directory as well. Test cases include segementation
reassembly, gap acking under noise and packet dropping, acknowledgement,
congestion and dropping a_rwnd to zero. The NPI and TPI interfaces are
excercised with full branch testing (except for collisions which is hard
to generate).

The source is well commented and you will find some documentation in
the doc directory in the distribution.
I hope that helps.
