Ron,

I have placed my latest snapshot of the STREAMS code on the
website for everyone to take a look at a give it a whirl.
MTP and SCCP not functional yet, but a functional Level 2.
You can get it off the downloads page now at:

    http://www.openss7.org/strss7-0.7.2.tgz

You will need LiS STREAMS at:

    ftp://ftp.gcom.com/pub/linux/src/LiS/LiS-2.10.tgz

to get it to work.  Take a look through what I have there and
let me know whether you feel that you can contribute to the
effort.
