[openss7] Installation instructions

Hi Brian,

Interesting conversation between Chuck and you.

It makes me all the more eager to do some testing myself.
Unfortunately, I could not get things running.
This is above all due to my little 'installation knowledge'.

Could you provide a dummy like me with a somewhat more comprehensive
installation 'howto',
telling me a little more than make, make install.
There are some hints in the FAQ and this mailing list, but still.

I understand that this is not likely to be a high priority question for you
:-),
and I would love to be of help here, if I only knew which steps to take.
(Which parts need to be installed openss7, ss7codecs, strss7 and in what
order)
(how to set up some basic configuration)
