[openss7] 0.8 Alpha release

Hello
I have been studying your website for info re the
OpenSS7 implementations. I am interested in
downloading and installing the same in a lab in my
school. This is for demoing the working of the SS7
protocol as part of graduate course work.

Since you have mentioned June 2001 as the time line
for releasing the Alpha version, I was wondering if
you had any updates to this. Can I download the alpha
version, or is it still under development?

I would also appreciate any general comments,
suggestions and info that you think I should bear in
mind while doing this work.
