[openss7] M2pa info

Howard,

I'm sorry to say that the draft-ietf-sigtran-m2pa-04.txt has not
yet been released.

I have copied Tom George on this note. Tom George is the editor
of the M2PA spec. As far as I know, the -04 drafts should be
released early this year.

The M2PA implementation in strss7-0.7.8 can be compiled by setting

    #define M2PA_VERSION_DEFAULT M2PA_VERSION_DRAFT4

in m2pa_sl.c. This will yield draft-03 behavior (which will also
fail a number of conformance tests).

See the interop draft draft-george-sigtran-m2pa-interop-00.txt
that you can find at

   http://www.openss7.org/doc/draft-george-sigtran-m2pa-interop-00.txt

for a discussion of some of the deficiencies in M2PA-03 that
required this different approach in -04.
