The default database is for reporting problems related to anything not directly addressesed by another database. When filling out your problem reports, please ensure that there is not another database which is more applicable to your problem. Also, please ensure that all fields are completed.

Unless your organization has arranged a support agreement with OpenSS7 Corporation, your problem report will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizations with support agreements and fixed turn around contracts will be given preference.

Please input the User Name and Password that was provided to you under your support agreement. If you do not have a support agreement with OpenSS7, you can still submit problem reports using our anonymous account, just hit login without changing user name or password fields (but, then you will not be able to access our sponsor's database, only the default database).
