strxnet 0.9.2-4 Released

Description: OpenSS7 Old News.

Approved for Immediate Release

June 21, 2004
OpenSS7 today announces Release 4 of the Linux STREAMS XTI/TLI INET package.

(Edmonton, Alberta -- June 21, 2004)   This is a separate release of the OpenSS7 X/Open XTI/TLI library, TLI modules (timod, tirdwr) and the INET driver (inet) that provides Unix98 compatible interface to Linux NET4 TCP/IP stacks, and all the necessary manpages and other documentation. Although these components are contained in our LiS and Linux Fast-STREAMS releases, this tarball configures, builds and installs these components separate from those releases.

This release is available as a tar-ball. See the downloads page for the autoconf tar balls.

This release compiles, installs and builds rpms for Fedora Core 1 (FC1), Whitebox Enterprise Linux (WBEL) and RedHat Enterprise Linux 3 (EL3). This release also contains a few minor fixes for symbolic links and t_rcvconnect() behavior.

See ChangeLog and NEWS in the release for more information.
