| Linux Native Kernel SCTP ComingDescription: OpenSS7 Old News.Approved for Immediate Release May 15, 2002 (Plano, Texas -- May 15, 2002) After considerable effort in the earlier part of the year, OpenSS7 has completed much work on a new release of the Linux Native SCTP implementation. This implementation is based on the Linux 2.4 kernel (it is a patch against kernel 2.4.18) and provides many features not present in our previous linux 2.2.16 version. This version of the implementation is quite stable and was based on our STREAMS implementation. It is undergoing rigorous testing.
