| LiS 2.18.1 ReleasedDescription: OpenSS7 Old News.Approved for Immediate Release Sept 14, 2005 (Edmonton, Alberta -- Sept 14, 2005) Our most recent RPM release of LiS 2.18.1 is now available. It includes a working XTI/TLI library, documentation, and all the things that you need to run STREAMS for OpenSS7 SS7 packages or other LiS based products. The release is available as a tar-ball, SRPM and a set of RPMS. See the downloads page for the autoconf tar balls. See our RPMS directory for the SRPM and binary RPMS for several RedHat systems and kernels on ix86. This release has the ability to suppress versionsing of LiS exported symbols; corrects a few minor errors in the build process, corrects the install-strip target, adds memory versions of io wrappers, lis_printk patches placed on linux-stream list, HP patches, modifications to putq, putbq, insq, appq; and dejagnu patches. This is our first LiS-2.18.0-based release of LiS. The release includes all of the improvements previously applied to the LiS-2.16.18 releases.
